What we process

The photo and fixed template settings you submit are used to generate your video. We keep task status, order references, payment status and operational records needed for delivery, security and support. Card details are handled by Waffo, not stored in our application. You must have permission to use the photo and the likeness of anyone depicted. The service is intended for adults.

Guest access and local drafts

An essential HttpOnly cookie links this browser to its private orders and videos. No registration is required. Your pending photo and checkout email are saved in IndexedDB in this browser before checkout. The draft is cleared after successful submission, or when a draft older than 24 hours is next loaded. Closing a page does not itself delete browser storage. Clearing cookies or changing devices can remove guest access; retain your receipt and contact support for help.

Providers

Your uploaded image and service-controlled instructions are submitted to fal.ai for Seedance 2.0 generation by ByteDance. Waffo processes payments and receives the email you provide for checkout. Expiry reminder emails are currently disabled; if enabled later, Resend would process the reminder address and message. Hosting, database and infrastructure services process information needed to run this website. Providers may process data in other countries and apply their own retention policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Checkout email

Your email is used for checkout, payment correspondence and delivery support, not marketing. Completion and expiry reminder emails are currently disabled. An email address or payment receipt does not grant access from another browser or device. Payment providers may retain their own transaction records.

Video access and retention

Preview and download access through our application lasts 72 hours after completion is recorded. After that, the site denies access. The stored video URL is removed when the expired result is next accessed. This is not a claim that a provider deletes all files after three days. We retain financial, task and support records as needed for fulfilment, fraud prevention, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Security and your choices

We restrict access to owner-associated results and use encrypted transport in production. No system can guarantee perfect security.
